Zero Threshold Tile Insert Tray

 

Designed with a removable Tile Insert Tray to hold your tiles or pavers,  water ingress into the drain is through discreet slots on either side of the Tile Insert Tray. 

Zero Threshold Drains fully encapsulate your door and or window extrusions to waterproof your transition spaces and give you complete peace of mind.

What we need to know:

  • Overall Length of the drain (plus 8mm)
  • Tile or Paver thickness
  • Height between internal and external FFL
  • Outlet Locations - 75-100mm from one end is standard
  • Extrusion manufacturer and model number
  • 300mm Example of extrusion provided to us prior to manufacturing

  • All Tile Insert lineal drains are delivered with a suction cup to aid the removal of the tile insert tray. Please Note: The suction cup should only be used to lift the tile insert tray at one end, allowing the tray to be grasped by hand and carefully lifted out. The suction cup is unlikely to work on porous stone or tile surfaces such as bluestone or marble
